Founded in 1999, Comfort Travel & Investment Services (PTY) LTD is one of the very first professional ADS-approved local tour operators which have been verified by South African Tourism as well as Chinese International Travel Service Ltd. As an accredited member of both Southern Africa Tourism Services Association (SATSA) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Comfort Travel has achieved the word-of-mouth honor among the peers as a winner of the SOTTOC “African Big Five – Chinese Overseas Land Arrangement Agencies”.

Since the very beginning, we have conducted inbound tourism service for a large amount of business groups and official delegations, including government delegations from many provinces and cities in China, large-scale SOE delegations, special deputations focusing on facilitating the relations between overseas Chinese and the motherland, Chinese mainstream media delegations, filming groups and so on, besides our continuously high-quality tourism services against Chinese citizens.

In addition, we have actively cooperated with relevant governmental departments of South Africa and China in providing supports and reception services with regards to large-scale interchange activities between the two countries. Through the effort we have devoted in activities such as “Happy Chinese New Year” South Africa, the 2nd Africa-China Youth Festival, the 1st International Cultural Exchange Little Envoy Journey to the “Year of China” in South Africa, we have contributed our own strength in promoting country-to-country, city-to-city, and inter-enterprise communications and cooperations.

We have always maintained a good relationship with the South African Tourism Bureau and actively cooperate with them to carry out relevant programs and activities to deepen Chinese citizens’ understanding of South Africa, in love with South Africa. With our headquarter located in the central business district of Johannesburg and representatives in major cities back in China, as well as professional and adequate resources of vehicles, guides and drivers, we are more than capable of providing superior services to all of our business partners.

We provide a wide range of businesses, including regular land arrangements within South Africa, as well as land arrangements for government delegations and business groups. Issuing invitation letters, individual and group air tickets, hotel and vehicle reservation lay within our capability as well. We also provide high-end, customized tours, such as: tours focusing on luxurious experiences, hunting, self-driving tours, shark cage diving, and so on. In the future, we will also focus on developing all kinds of themed cultural tourism products to offer our customers more options.
